We want you to be happy with your purchase.  You may return the product, in it's original packaging and with a receipt to our store within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund.  If you purchased the product online, please contact us within 2 weeks of receipt via email at info@redgingerhome.com to recieve a return authorization.  The product must be returned to us within 2 weeks of the authorization in it's original packaging.  We will refund your purchase in full, upon reciept of the product.  Shipping fees will not be refunded.
