What is your returns policy?
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we strive to help you make the right choice the first time.  If you do need to return an item, our return policy is as follows:

IN-STOCK GIFTS AND ACCESSORIES

You can return in-store purchases to the store within 14 days of purchase for a full refund when in original condition and accompanied by the receipt and original packaging.

You can return any online purchase to us by return shipment if you request a return authorization within 14 days of your original delivery date.  The item must be received back to us within 14 days of the return authorization being issued and it must be returned in original condition and original packaging.  Upon return receipt, we will refund your purchase price minus any shipping costs.

CUSTOM ORDERED ITEMS

Any non in-stock items ordered for you by us are not returnable.  We will work with you on all custom order in advance so you'll be confident you're making the right selection.  

SALE/CLEARANCE/ FLOORS MODELS

All sale, clearance or floor models are final sale, and not returnable.

How do I track my order?
 

We will email you with your tracking information on orders shipping by common traceable carriers, when it ships.    For larger items shipping via freight companies, we will email you with the progress, but we will not be able to give you a tracking number that you can track yourself.  You can contact us by email at any point if you have any concerns.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

Smaller items will ship via common traceable carriers.  Larger furniture items will ship via freight carriers to a local white glove delivery company that will deliver it, place it in your home, and remove all packing materials.  In-house delivery options may incur additional charges based upon your own circumstances. 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We currently only ship to the continental US.  We cannot ship internationally, or to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.

How do I return an item?
 

If your item qualifies to be returned (see our refund policy) you can simply return it to our showroom.  If  ordered online, you can call or email us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will issue a return authorization.
